Welcome to my French language learning courses review page. I am just like anyone of you pursuing the easiest and fastest way to learn French. Since I was a young girl, I believe that French is one of most romantic languages on the planet. My language ability remove the obstacles in our relationship, made both of us feel happier than ever.

Few courses helped me a lot in study French. So I wish to share with all friends that want to master French about my study experiences.

Though listening to the 31 audio tracks time to time, you will confidently to speak in restaurants, introduce yourself and friends, make reservation in hotel or theater though phone, understand movies, read books and etc. Sometimes I even feel overwhelm by my speedy improvement.

Rosetta Stone French		 Rosetta Stone Personal Edition French version 3 is the latest product in the market. It comes in forms of CD-ROM, considers as one of best tools to help you to start learning a language. It is also famous of award-winning Rosetta Stone curriculum, which has ever been adopted by organizations around the world including the U.S. Army, NASA, major corporations such as Deutsche Telecom, IKEA, Royal Dutch Shell, and etc.

The learning philosophy of Rosetta Stone French is like children to learn first language through a process of associating mental images with words or phrases, accompanied by complete immersion in our environment gradually. This approach is simple to certain people because it is natural way and allowed the brain to adapt to increasing complexity, but not that fast if you have personal goal.

This program is use friendly to all ages because we learn it from images just like little children. However, I simply found it is quite slow in pace to those topics are practical and useful of adulthood. In the lever 1, you will learn things like “boy”, “girl”, “dogs”, “the bicycles are yellow” and etc. It has to take some time to learn the thing that we can use in a foreign country.

For the price wise, it is not so affordable. A set of brand new of Rosetta Stone Version 3 French Level 1, 2 & 3 Set with Audio Companion cost you about almost 500 dollars. If you want to try out the level 1 first, then you have pay over 200 dollars.

Now, I suggest you think twice to make your decision. Of course, the easy, fast, stylish, creditable quality of Rocket French package will let you learn French more relax with your wallet.

Pimsleur French		 This program was designed by Dr. Pimsleur who devoted his life to language teaching and was one of the world’s leading experts in applied linguistics. After he obtained Ph.D. in French from Columbia University, he started to teach French Phonetics and Phonemics, and supervised the language laboratory at UCLA. Then he became Professor in many language leaning universities and study centers. Though decades of learning and study experience, he designed this program to provide learners with the simple and effective learning method.

In fact, this course came quite long ago so the contents and languages is not modern French. Of course you can memorize a lot by study and listening again and again all the time. But the course doesn’t explain the details of many words and lack of clarification builds up for people who actually want to learn the French, not simply how to interact in preset situations. Moreover, you must have a shock once glance the price tag which more than 600 dollars to have this Pimsleur French lever 1-3. It doesn’t guaranty that you can mast French after purchase.

Clearly, you can see the difference of three French learning courses. Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending Rocket French to anyone, at any level of French, as an excellent way to learn, improve and master French.
